RETURN POLICY
Returns are only honored if a Merchandise Return Request is made within 14 days of the delivery date. If a Merchandise Return Request is made after 14 days of the delivery date, on the 15th day you will officially be ineligible for a return/refund. All Merchandise Return Requests are completed via email; please put "Merchandise Return Request" in your subject line to be appropriately acknowledged. You must provide your order number, confirmation number, and tracking number.
You have a maximum of 14 days following the delivery date to ship the merchandise back to our warehouse. If they are not shipped within 14 days, then your return request will automatically be null and void. If you attempt to return merchandise without following the return request protocol, your return request will automatically be null and void.
To be eligible for a 'return and refund', your items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in their original packaging.
All essential oils and other liquid aromatherapy products must be unopened (the safety seal still intact) and unused in order to return and receive a refund.
All returned clothing/bedding items must have the tags still attached in order to receive a refund (must be in original packaging). If tags are no longer attached, you are only eligible for an exchange process up to 14 days following your delivery date. Clothing/bedding must be shipped back to us within the SAME 14 days. You have a maximum of 14 days to request a refund or exchange and ship our merchandise back to us.
All membership purchases are FINAL. We will not issue refunds on membership charges to your account. You may cancel your membership at any time. The Kokoropsyche membership charge date is due on the 7th of each month. If you wish to not be charged, cancel prior to the 7th of that month.
We reserve the right to refuse your return upon receiving a damaged, altered, or manipulated returned item. We currently do not offer free returns. Therefore you a responsible for covering the return's shipping costs.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds must be requested within 21 days following your PURCHASE date. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition received, and in its original packaging. Returns are processed in 1-2 weeks depending on your method of return. Additional delays may occur. Your shipping label should correspond with the packaged items you're returning. You will receive an email confirmation once the returned items have been received by us, and your refund process will begin. All refunds take up to 3-5 business days to be processed into your credit card/bank account, depending on your financial institution.
