PRE-ORDERS & BACKORDERS
Pre-orders
If an item is listed for pre-order, a Launch Date will be shown on the product page and at checkout. You will receive an email if there are any changes to the status of your items. Customers will not be charged for pre-ordered products until they are shipped. Occasionally, pre-order launches may be delayed, and you will be alerted via email if this occurs.
In the event that your order includes an item eligible for pre-order, we reserve the right to ship your order in multiple packages. We will alert you when your order is officially being processed. You have 24 hours after that email alert to cancel your order.
Backorders
If an item is on backorder, an expected shipping date will be shown on the product page and at checkout. You can sign-up to be alerted when this item will be available on the website again. You will not be charged for back-ordered items until they ship.
Rarely, products will go on backorder before they are shipped. If you've already ordered an item that is now back-ordered, you will receive an email alerting you on this matter. Additionally, we will notify you if there are any changes to the status of your items.
CANCELLATIONS
While we're unable to make changes to your order after it's been placed, you have a short period of time to cancel items from your order or cancel your complete order before processing begins. Cancellations are accepted only within the first 24 hours following your purchase. Your funds will be returned to your account within 3-5 business days.
Pre-ordered items can only be canceled up to 24 hours after an order processing alert is sent to you via email.
COVID 19 & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Due to COVID-19 regulations in certain countries, packages may be directed to your local USPS facility before departing to your listed address. Therefore purchasers may experience brief delays, but this should not affect the shipping timeline in any sizeable way.
